to lead and oversee all onsite revenue operations. This role involves managing end-to-end RCM processes, ensuring compliance, improving claims processing efficiency, and enhancing team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise onsite operations including patient registration, coding, approvals, and discharges
Liaise with physicians and staff to ensure proper documentation and insurance compliance
Monitor claim submission timelines and reduce denial/rejection rates
Implement process flows, SOPs, and performance improvement plans
Oversee training, manpower planning, and performance management of RCM staff
Analyze claim rejection trends and work with stakeholders to ensure continual improvement
Collaborate with back-office and hospital staff to streamline workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration (MBBS preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare revenue operations (3 years in a senior role)
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, payer contracting, and UAE insurance systems
Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing software
Experience in managing onsite hospital operations is essential
