Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), payer requirements, and claims processing. Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., EMR/EHR, practice management software). Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue cycle management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) - HFMA Certified Professional Coder (CPC) - AAPC Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
