Job Vacancy: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager


Location:

Al Ain City - Medical Center

Employment Type:

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise the daily operations of the RCM department.

Oversee medical billing, coding, insurance verification, and claims submission.

Monitor accounts receivable, denials, and collections to improve cash flow.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim rejections and enhance revenue capture.

Ensure compliance with DOH, HAAD, and other regulatory guidelines.

Prepare financial and performance reports for management.

Train, mentor, and evaluate RCM staff to maintain high productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing procedures, and insurance regulation.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
