Ramen Chef

to lead our noodle and broth production.

We are hiring a dedicated

Ramen Chef

to manage the preparation of high-quality ramen dishes for delivery. This role requires deep knowledge of broth development, tare balancing, noodle textures, and protein preparation, with a strong emphasis on efficient service and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble ramen dishes with precise attention to broth, tare, noodles, toppings, and garnishes Develop and maintain multiple ramen variants (e.g., tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, spicy) Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, portioning, and delivery presentation Oversee daily prep and production of broths, sauces, toppings, and accompaniments Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards as per Dubai Municipality guidelines Work closely with procurement to manage kitchen inventory and reduce waste Assist in minor prep tasks across other cuisine lines if needed (e.g., Japanese or Asian fusion)

Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience as a Ramen Chef or in a Japanese kitchen Proven skill in broth-making, tare blending, and topping preparation Experience in high-volume or delivery-optimized kitchens is an advantage Understanding of kitchen prep workflows, portion control, and quality assurance Team player with a hands-on attitude and strong work ethic High attention to hygiene, detail, and consistency

Preferred Candidates

Currently on visit visa or with cancelled visa or own visa Available to join immediately

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
