Job Summary:
Join our team as a Korean Cuisine Chef and bring bold, authentic flavors to life in a delivery-driven format. The ideal candidate combines culinary expertise with operational discipline and has experience (or exposure) to other fast-paced cuisines like Indian or Indo-Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook a wide variety of Korean dishes tailored for delivery
Collaborate on seasonal or campaign-based menu changes
Comply with Dubai hygiene and food safety regulations
Track inventory, manage waste, and optimize ingredient usage
Offer limited prep or support to adjacent cuisines when needed
Candidate Requirements:
2-4 years in Korean kitchens or restaurants
Cloud kitchen experience preferred
Familiar with kitchen efficiency tools, batch cooking, and packaging
Flexibility to assist Indo-Chinese or Indian kitchen formats
Strong hygiene, multitasking, and time management skills
