Railway Safety And Licensing Specialist
Job Description
Qualifications:
Civil Engineer with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in rail licensing, safety policies, and infrastructure management, preferably in GCC countries.
:
Develop strategic plans related to railway safety requirements.
Manage railway projects and coordinate with Qatar Rail ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Audit and monitor design packages and documentation submitted by operators or contractors and provide technical feedback.
Prepare monthly technical reports and attend meetings with stakeholders to align with national transport policy.
Review legislation related to local and regional rail projects and assess operator performance against KPIs.
Lead all the GCC future projects and all requirements needed.
