: Responsibilities: The Objectives for the Support are to:
Support Engineering Strategy & Planning to achieve Engineering KPI’s.
Support in defining asset lifecycle & alignment with ISO 15288
Support with process Architecture.
Support with ISO 5500 1 alignment, implementation, and certification.
Support with Engineering Competency activities.
Knowledge sharing to SAR employees in the mentioned areas.
Scope of Work & Methodology The scope, activities, and approach to the provision of Consulting Support sits within the context of Engineering strategy. The need for the Client to establish a mature asset management system through defined lifecycle is perceived from work undertaken in 2017. Lifestyle Management support includes activities such as but not limited to:
Cascading of Engineering Strategy & Planning to individual tasks
Definition of lifecycle phases as per ISO 15288 requirements.
Identification of gaps within the current asset lifecycle and supporting rectification activities.
Support on cascading asset lifecycle activities and development of missing processes.
Support on process architecture & integration activities.
Support with ISO 55001 project during the enhancement of SAR ' s asset management system to be aligned with ISO 55001 requirement and supporting SAR during ISO external audit activities along with surveillance visits and recertification.
Support the establishment of operations management within Engineering which include activities such as but not limited to: Work System design, Policies & Procedures Management & Support on project management.
Deliverables The deliverables for this Task Order are as following:
Cascaded activities from Engineering strategy to function al level.
Mature asset lifecycle system aligned with ISO 15288.
Process architecture & integration report of Engineering processes
ISO 5500 1 Certification and plans for surveillance visits, recertification and subsequent scopes.
Competency framework.
Work system design of Engineering department roles
Monthly progress report
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
20+ years of related work experience
Must have potential to perform in a lead capacity
Familiarity with industry practices
