We are seeking a motivated and experienced Radio & Digital Sales Manager to drive advertising sales across our radio and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, developing media plans, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell advertising space across radio and digital platforms (web, social media, streaming, etc.) Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify potential markets and clients to expand our advertising reach Create sales proposals, media kits, and presentations Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, production, content) to ensure smooth campaign execution Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience in radio, digital, or media sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiar with digital advertising trends and platforms UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory Fluent in English
