Minimum Qualification
?
Electrical Engineering Diploma, or suitable equivalent plus Trade Certificates in Electrical and/ or Instrumentation.? Minimum 8 years of working experience as inspection personnel for Oil & Gas projects, 5 years of which must be in the onshore Gas Facilities sector, preferably in LNG.
? Familiar with electrical and instrumentation specific codes and standards (i.e., IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, NEMA, NETA, ATEX/ IECEX-60079.
etc.).
? Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation and hook-up, and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.
Duties
? Implement QA/QC activities including those of Subcontractors' Works in accordance with approved QCP / ITPs and procedures, method statements and other Contract documents.
? Prepares and sign off applicable records for quality surveillance / inspections / tests.
? Ensure availability of appropriate version drawings, Specifications and international codes and standards.
? Provide sufficient feedback to Quality Manager/Engineer on the day to-day quality issues
