Analyze customer requests for proposals (RFPs), and specifications to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with sales, machines, hygiene, logistics and other relevant departments to gather technical and pricing information.
Prepare detailed, competitive, and timely quotations that adhere to company pricing strategies.
Present quotations to customers, explaining pricing and addressing questions or concerns professionally.
Contract Management:
Review, draft, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in collaboration with sales and management.
Ensure contract documents reflect agreed-upon pricing, scope of work, timelines, and other relevant specifications.
Facilitate the contract execution process, including obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.
Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records, adhering to document management protocols.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
Liaise with Internal Logistics Department to obtain pricing, lead times, and other necessary information.
Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend areas to streamline quotation and contract processes.
Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of quotation templates and contract documentation.
