Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Purchasing & Contracts Specialist

to support our procurement and contracting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sourcing activities, preparing quotations, handling direct purchases, supporting tender processes, and ensuring contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies. You will play a key role in maintaining supplier relationships, controlling costs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily procurement activities including direct purchases, requesting and evaluating quotations, and supporting tender processes. Prepare, issue, and follow up on RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders. Analyze supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Support cost control efforts by identifying savings opportunities and efficient purchasing methods. Prepare reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and contract compliance.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields are an advantage. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or contracts management. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP and SAP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract lifecycle. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
