Guardian Glass is looking for a

Quotation & Pricing Specialist

to join our team in 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia, Egypt.


You will provide accurate and timely quotations and pricing support to the commercial team in the United States, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This is a

temporary role

for a period of

8 months

to meet business needs. The working hours will be

from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Egypt Standard Time.

What You Will Do

Prepare and deliver quotations for projects and direct orders in line with company standards. Maintain and update pricing structures, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with the US commercial team to meet deadlines and resolve pricing queries promptly. Analyze pricing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure all customer price lists are active and up to date. Communicate pricing updates and announcements effectively.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing calculations. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Excel, and related tools. Analytical mindset for trend analysis and problem-solving.
