Quantity Surveyor (Structural Works)
We are hiring a
Quantity Surveyor
with strongstructural works background
for villas and tower projects. The candidate will handle cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and site-related QS activities, with focus on reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs. Manage tendering, subcontractor quotations, and payment certifications. Monitor project costs, variations, and claims. Coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil/Structural Engineering. 5+ years QS experience in structural works. Strong knowledge of drawings, steel, and formwork. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software. Good communication and analytical skills.
