Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Works

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in infrastructure projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have completed at least two UAE-based projects, preferably involving ductile iron water pipeline works. The role includes preparation of monthly progress payments, supporting the Commercial Manager, and coordinating closely with the site team.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience in water pipeline or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, QS tools, and relevant project portals. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
