We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in the
joinery and fit-out sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and project cost control to ensure profitable delivery of projects within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets specifically for joinery & fit-out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to provide accurate quantity take-offs.
Manage tendering process, pricing, and negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs, variations, and value engineering.
Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and maintain proper documentation.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
Ensure cost efficiency and support the project team in decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of QS experience in
joinery & interior fit-out
industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of material specifications, joinery details, and fit-out execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
