Quantity Surveyor (qs) Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage BOQs and cost estimates Monitor project budgets and track variations Coordinate with site engineers and project managers Evaluate subcontractor quotations and progress claims Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction (villas, fit-outs, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software Good communication and negotiation skills Available to join immediately preferred
