We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze project estimates, budgets, and cost plans
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
Prepare tender and contract documents
Monitor and control project costs and expenses
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure project specifications are met
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
Ensure compliance with company and legal standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Contracting Company in UAE
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and legal regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
