Walk-in Interview

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers Monitor project costs and prepare cash flow forecasts Conduct site measurements and prepare interim payment applications Track project variations and assist in the preparation of variation orders Review contract terms and assist with contractual claims Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams Prepare project closeout documentation and final accounts
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of total experience in construction, with strong UAE experience being mandatory Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CCS Candy, CostX preferred) Solid understanding of UAE construction practices, market rates, and regulations Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local contractual procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Must be currently available in the UAE Immediate joiners preferred

Experience:

High-rise building experience in Dubai construction field: 2 years (Required)
