Geoharbour Middle East LLC is a leading specialist in geotechnical engineering and ground improvement solutions. As we scale our operations across the GCC, we're looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with specialization in piling and foundation works to join our technical and tendering team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost management, variation management, contract management, and stakeholder coordination within the ground engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports Handle variation orders and claims efficiently Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors effectively Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget Conduct site visits and assessments related to piling, shoring, and ground improvement works. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications & Skills Required:

5+ years of post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in UAE piling projects, shoring, and geotechnical construction industry. Proven track record in variation management, including handling complex approval changes and claims under FIDIC or UAE local contracts. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; membership in RICS or AIQS is preferred. Proficiency in UAE construction codes (e.g., Abu Dhabi Building Code, Dubai Standards) and piling methodologies (e.g., CFA piles, DTH drilling). Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Capable of working independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Proficiency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of Arabic & Chinese is a plus.
