Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Interiors, Ff&e & Joinery (uae Experience Required)

About the Role
We are hiring a
technically strong Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
withminimum 5 years of UAE experience
in interior fit-out and joinery.This is
not a commercial role
-- we need someone who can work directly from drawings, produce accurate take-offs, build BOQs, understand material costs, and manage pricing with real UAE market knowledge.Key Responsibilities
Perform
accurate take-offs
from IFC, shop drawings and design packages (AutoCAD / PlanSwift / CostX). PrepareBOQs, detailed cost estimates, rate build-ups, and tender submissions
. Request, evaluate and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations for joinery, fit-out, FF&E, finishes and MEP-related items. Prepare and managevariation orders, cost breakdowns, VO/Claims
. Support technical reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization. PrepareIPA/IPC
, subcontractor certifications, and post-contract documentation. Maintain and updateUAE price database
, material rates, and supplier lists. Coordinate closely with design/technical teams for clarifications and scope alignment.Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years experience in the UAE
in interior fit-out and/or joinery. Strong technical ability withAutoCAD + PlanSwift or CostX
. Proven accuracy intake-offs, BOQ preparation, and tendering
. Strong understanding ofUAE material costs and supplier market
. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in
high-end villas, hospitality or luxury residential interiors
. Exposure to FF&E. Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering.What We Offer
