We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in metal fabrication.
Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Review drawings, material take-offs, and fabrication needs.
Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
Coordinate with project and factory teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a metal factory.
Strong in cost control, estimation, and material management.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Package:
Salary: AED 2,500/month
