Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings, specifications, and site measurements. Support cost estimation for materials, labor, and subcontractor works during tender stages. Conduct site visits and perform quantity take-offs for ongoing projects. Maintain measurement sheets, cost reports, and variation logs. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in cost comparisons. Coordinate with procurement for material pricing and supplier quotations. Track project budgets, costs, and material usage. Prepare monthly payment applications, valuations, and final accounts. Review and assist in preparing variations, claims, and change orders. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and company procedures to maintain effective project management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying (interior fit-out/construction preferred). Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract administration. Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (CostX, Planswift - advantage). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

AED 3,000 - 5,000 per month (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time
