Specialization: Landscaping & Swimming Pool Projects
Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and prepare detailed cost and damage assessment reports for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
Prepare
BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents
specific to landscaping and swimming pool works.
Request, evaluate, and compare
quotations, samples, proforma invoices, and tax invoices
from suppliers and subcontractors in line with project specifications.
Assist the procurement team in
budgeting, cost forecasting, and project-wise procurement
of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for landscaping and pool works.
Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and prepare cost reports to maintain budgetary control.
Support the finance team by preparing
profitability and cost analysis reports
for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
Ensure compliance with
contractual terms, quality standards, and project timelines
.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager or Senior Management.
