(QS) is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for joinery and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost estimates for materials and labor.
Review project specifications and drawings to determine material requirements.
Manage project budgets and monitor expenses.
Communicate with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
Assess variations and prepare claims.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Strong knowledge of joinery/carpentry material costs.
