Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

, cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out projects. Review and evaluate

supplier/subcontractor quotations

, ensuring alignment with project specifications. Conduct

cost analysis

, budgeting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare

interim payment applications

,

variations

, and

final accounts

. Perform

site measurements

and verify work done on-site against progress claims. Collaborate with the

design, procurement, and operations teams

to ensure accurate cost management. Negotiate and finalize

contracts and commercial terms

with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare

monthly cost reports

, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. Maintain

updated records

of all contractual and financial project documentation. Ensure compliance with

company policies

,

contractual obligations

, and

UAE construction laws

.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree

in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4-6 years

of experience in

interior fit-out projects

within the UAE. Strong knowledge of

joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software

. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
