We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a
talented Quantity Surveyor
with solid
UAE experience in luxury fit-out projects
to join our dynamic organization.
Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all aspects of
cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management
for luxury interior fit-out projects. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of the UAE construction market, and the ability to manage multiple fast-track projects with accuracy and professionalism.
Important: Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of UAE experience in luxury fit-out projects.
Applications without relevant UAE experience will not be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying
,
Construction Management
, or a related field.
Minimum
3-4 years of UAE experience
in
luxury interior fit-out
(hospitality, retail, or high-end residential).
Experience working with
fit-out contractors
or
consultancies
in the UAE is
mandatory
.
Knowledge of
FIDIC
or equivalent contract forms is an advantage.
Professional certification (
RICS
,
AIQS
, or similar) is desirable but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
