Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and civil works projects from concept to completion
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
- Manage procurement processes including material take-offs, supplier negotiations, and subcontractor comparisons
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost/value reports
- Track project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and flag potential overruns
- Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and contract variations
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure commercial alignment
- Maintain compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and client specifications
- Minimum 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE (Fit-out and Civil)
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and pricing
- Experience with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
