Prepare, review, and verify quantity take-offs and measurements for construction projects.
Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons.
Review and certify subcontractor invoices and claims.
Provide cost advice and financial reporting to management.
Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum [number] years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software
