Role Description
Trend Electromechanical LLC is seeking a full-time, Quantity Surveyor (Female) in Dubai. The designated person will :
Conduct quantity take-offs for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Maintain accurate records of variations and claims.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP estimation or related roles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must currently be on a valid husband's/family visa in the UAE.
