Key Responsibilities:
Extract quantities accurately from civil drawings
Prepare quantity take-offs for tendering and estimation
Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure timely submission of tenders
Review and interpret project specifications and drawings
Assist in cost estimation and BOQ preparation
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity take-off and tender preparation
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
Salary : Based on experience (Negotiable)
