Job title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Fitout)

Candidate Location: UAE

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with expertise in fit-out projects, particularly in ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, and joinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in tendering and quotation processes, as well as a valid UAE driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Management: Manage all cost-related aspects of fit-out projects from tendering to final accounts, ensuring commercial efficiency.
- Tendering and Quotation: Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, and bids for fit-out projects.
- Quantity Surveying: Conduct quantity take-offs and estimate costs for materials, including ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, and joinery.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating for fit-out projects in Dubai, UAE.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity take-off software.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, including ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, and joinery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- License: Valid UAE driver's license.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the interior design or construction industry in Dubai, UAE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certification in quantity surveying or estimating (e.g., RICS) is an added advantage.
Salary AED 8000-12000 + benefits as per UAE law
