Job Details
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to analyze plans and drawings
Provide accurate estimates using Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Calculate quantity takeoffs for materials, including blocks and plaster
Develop detailed project budgets and monitor costs throughout
Identify and mitigate cost-related risks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations
Communicate effectively with internal teams, procurement, and clients
Enhance the estimation process and stay informed about industry best practices
Maintain detailed documentation of estimates and support contractual negotiations
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Experience of working in Construction companies within the UAE
