Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Conduct cost planning and budget preparation.
Evaluate tenders, variations, and claims.
Certify contractor and supplier invoices and payment applications.
Perform value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project value.
Assist in contract preparation, administration, and review.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate and communicate between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project schedules and follow up on deadlines and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain progress reports and meeting minutes.
Assist in procurement scheduling and logistics coordination.
Support site teams in resolving operational or coordination issues.
Documentation & Administration:
Maintain up-to-date project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, and approvals.
Track correspondence, transmittals, and RFIs using proper document control procedures.
Organize and archive all project records (soft and hard copies).
Prepare letters, memos, and formal communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the project management team in preparing reports, trackers, and compliance documents.
Ensure all documentation meets company and legal standards.
