Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (x2)

Job Description
Our client is a highly respected leader within the construction consulting industry and they have a track record of delivering large-scale projects around the world. They\'re preparing for a busy year of delivering projects both in the Emirates and Saudi. As part of their strategic growth initiatives, they are seeking to recruit several experienced cost managers who have an emphasis on pre-contract management. These individuals will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business as they continue to win work across the GCC.
A successful Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have:

A successful Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have:
- Proven track record - at least 5 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
- Confident with cost estimation software such as CostX.
- Exceptional level of professionalism, highly organised and focused on effectively managing client interaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Chartership is highly desirable but not required (e.g. MRICS, AIQS, etc).
- Strong pre-contract experience.
- Portfolio of building experience (e.g. residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments).
- Familiarity with the FIDIC Red Book preferred.
- Major cost centre market experience.
- Available to start in Q1 / early Q2.
