We are currently seeking talented QS Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

job Duties and Responsibilities:

Take Off Quantities of materials and prepare BOQ. Preparation of Cost Estimates / Feasibility Study and cost control measures. Dealing with Value Engineering solution and Cost Cutting Items. Preparing Tender documents Including Specifications review and Manufacturer List. Technical & Commercial Tender analysis. Reply to tenderers' RFI and prepare tender addendums. Review Architecture, Structure & MEP drawings with brief specifications from client andprepare checklists before tender documents preparation. Meeting up with suppliers, reviewing samples to match specification and material selection. Attending the commercial meetings with Clients / Suppliers / Sub Contractors / etc. To arrange, analyze, and compare Quotation from different Contractor / Supplier / SubConsultant / Soil Laboratory to choose most appropriate one. Reviewing Monthly Payments and prepare final settlement. Review the contractual claims. Coordinate between site and Main office for any inquires or details. Preparing the financial offer for new proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Total of 5 years of relevant experience required Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE required Must have experience on CostX, Proven experience as a Cost Consultant, QS Engineer, Candidates with a background in engineering consulting are preferred
