Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in the Maldives or similar island environments.
Familiarity with FIDIC or other international contract standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in island or resort construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy, MS Excel).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to multicultural environments.
