Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

with a

Civil Engineering background

to manage cost planning, estimation, and financial control of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents

for civil construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope Monitor project costs and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle Prepare

interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts

Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in contract awards Manage

variations, claims, and change orders

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Verify measurements, quantities, and materials on site Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

or Quantity Surveying Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE Strong knowledge of

civil construction works

Experience with

BOQs, cost control, and contract administration

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software

Familiarity with

FIDIC contracts

is an advantage Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Preferred Skills

UAE project experience (Sharjah/Dubai preferred) Knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates Immediate or short notice availability

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
