Job Description

:

Prepare

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

,

cost estimates

, and

tender documents

for civil and interior works. Evaluate

vendor and subcontractor quotations

and prepare

comparative statements

. Monitor

project budgets

, track

cost variations

, and prepare

cost reports

. Conduct

site visits

to verify completed works and prepare

progress payment certificates

. Assist in

contract negotiation

,

variation orders

, and

final account settlements

. Coordinate with

project managers, engineers, designers, and procurement teams

for accurate quantity take-offs. Ensure compliance with

drawings, specifications, and project scope

. Support

value engineering

exercises to optimize cost efficiency. Maintain proper documentation for

claims, payments, and contractual correspondence

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
