Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Evaluate contractor quotations and manage project budgets.
Monitor project costs and ensure cost control measures.
Conduct site visits and verify progress for interim valuations.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE construction industry.
Dubai Municipality G+4 certification is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and materials.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
