Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates
for civil engineering projects based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.Develop and manage project budgets
, ensuring accurate tracking of costs throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
, tender documents, and assist in the tendering and procurement process.Evaluate and compare contractor bids
and assist in contract negotiations and award recommendations.Monitor project expenditures
, assess cost variations, and provide cost control support to ensure financial efficiency.Certify contractor and supplier payments
based on work progress and contract terms.Assess and value changes to the work
, including variations, claims, and extensions of time.Prepare and finalize project accounts
post-completion, ensuring all financial matters are resolved.Conduct site visits and inspections
to verify quantities and assess progress against work plans.Advise on contractual matters
, including claims and dispute resolution.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
, as well as health and safety standards.Coordinate with project stakeholders
including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
