Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
? Prepare accurate
cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and tender documents
for civil engineering projects.? Conduct
feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering
to optimize project budgets.? Monitor
project expenditures
, track variations, and ensure cost control throughout the construction phase.? Liaise with
contractors, suppliers, and project managers
to negotiate contracts and procurement strategies.? Review
construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
to identify cost-related risks.? Prepare
progress reports, interim valuations, and final accounts
for clients and stakeholders.? Ensure compliance with
industry standards, regulations, and company policies
.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
. [3] years of experience inquantity surveying/cost estimation
for civil projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.). Proficiency incost estimation software
(e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Excel. Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, materials, and contractual frameworks
(FIDIC, NEC, etc.). Excellentanalytical, negotiation, and communication skills
. Professional certification (e.g.,RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
) is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
