Qualifications:

Graduate with a bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Quantity Surveying.
With a minimum of 7 total years of experience;
Must have experience in engineering consultancy
Must have relevant experience in Abu Dhabi
Good Knowledge of Civil & MEP Construction Methods and Materials, Take-Off Calculation, Value Engineering, Feasibility Study, BOQ Preparation, Tendering Analysis, Material selection, Specification Review & Update, and FIDIC Forms of contracts.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, AutoCAD, etc.
With a valid UAE driving license
Arabic speaker
