One of our prestigious clients based in Dubai are looking to recruit

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall be responsible for all Commercial related activities.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall be responsible for the preparation and submission of all Tenders and bids.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall be responsible for preparation of all monthly bills/Valuations.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall be responsible for sending correspondence and notices to Clients for any variations executed in the projects and any claim entitlements for Time and costs.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall prepare the breakdown of rates for any variations or new rate items.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo obtain competitive quotes from Sub-Contractors for services or supply of materials.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall prepare the Sub-Contract Agreements.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall verify the Sub-Contract bills and randomly check the measurements at site.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fOn a periodic basis shall monitor the status of the Invoices submitted and follow up with the Clients for payments.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShall meet new customers/clients for identifying new business opportunities.

Specifications:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreferred Age: 35 Years
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMinimum Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech(Civil) or Degree in Q.S
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fExperience Required: 5 Years

Desired Skills:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have U.A.E work experience related to infra projects.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be well versed in FIDIC and CESSM3.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be able to work independently.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be well versed in MS Office and preparing project and management reports
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fACAD & Primavera Knowledge an added advantage.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fU.A.E Driving License Mandatory.
Spoken Arabic an added advantage.
