Job Description
:
Taking off quantities from Construction Drawings, sourcing relevant sub-contractors &
suppliers.
Preparation of Complete pricing for Tender submission.
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations,
pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of
final accounts.
Carry out site measurement with client/consultant and preparation of monthly claim
submission.
To attend site meetings, liaising with sub-contractor or client.
Other quantity surveying related duties.
To coordinate and supervise contractors' work against contract documents and
completion dates.
To address the site issue to the superior for any non-compliance found on site. To
attend to all site inspections/visits by consultants, local authorities and agencies, etc.
Required Skills:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Team player
Construction estimating experienced
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Office & Projects, AutoCAD
At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
