Job Opportunity - Quantity Surveyor & Draftsman (Civil Engineer)

AL YAFOUR GENERAL CONTRACTING, a leading construction company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking to hire qualified and experienced professionals to join its team for the following positions:

1. Quantity Surveyor / Engineer Draftsman- Civil Engineer

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in contracting companies, preferably within Abu Dhabi, who possess the required technical and practical expertise in civil engineering, quantity surveying, and drafting.

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.

Review architectural and structural drawings and provide detailed quantity take-offs and technical drawings.

Create precise CAD drawings and architectural drafts with high spatial imagination and design aesthetics.

Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

Coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Apply sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts, value engineering principles, construction methods, and local authority regulations.

Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals and documentation as required.

Demonstrate efficiency and high attention to detail in all drafting and surveying tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for both Quantity Surveyor and Draftsman applicants.

Prior experience in contracting companies in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.

Proficient in the following software:

AutoCAD

Revit

SketchUp

PlanSwift

Primavera P6

Strong analytical and technical skills.

Excellent organizational abilities, commitment to deadlines, and high work efficiency.
