Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
Evaluate tender documents and prepare cost analysis.
Conduct cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
Handle invoicing, billing, and contractual documentation related to projects.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and contractual terms.
Prepare interim and final payment applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the facade and aluminum industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, facade systems, metal works, and pricing.
Proven experience with invoicing, billing, and contract administration.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Must be available to join immediately.
