Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Infrastructure Projects experience who handles project closing and final account calculation, recap. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. Needs to have experience in measurement and variations Experience in change preparations documents The required candidate shall have experience in dealing with Musanada, project close-out, final account calculations, calculations of recap (consultant & contractor), monthly payments of contractor and consultant, NPC / AVV procedure of Musanada. etc EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Degree Engineering, Degree in related field Experience working in Infrastructure or building projects . VERTICAL : DIGITAL ENGINEERING
