- Analyzes the drawing and specifications from engineers. - Calculate the quantity of the material, accurate work or labor cost used in the project. - Relies on technical measurement tools for accurate cost results. - Calculating the budget based on the client's requirement and preparing an effective budget estimate for each stage of the construction process. - Undertaking costs analysis project work. - Writing detailed progress/ cost report. - Interim valuations and payment certificates. - Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
