About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to strengthen our project team in Dubai. This role will focus on

cost planning, BOQ development, budget monitoring, and financial control

for high-rise buildings and luxury villa developments. The QS will coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and efficient delivery.

Key Duties

Develop and manage

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

aligned with project drawings and specifications. Track, control, and report on

project budgets and expenditures

. Assess and handle

variations, claims, and procurement documentation

. Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee cost-effective project execution. Prepare and maintain

detailed cost reports

throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

(or related field).

3+ years of UAE experience

in quantity surveying for

high-rise or villa projects

. Solid background in

cost management and financial reporting

. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Competence in software such as

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost-estimation tools
