3. Preparation of detailed bill of quantities and costing for Turnkey fit-out projects
4. Maintaining vendor data base, meeting new material vendors, and aiding design team with materials and vendors
5. Floating enquiries, techno-commercial review of vendor/sub-contractor quotations, preparation of comparative statement and advising the management to hire appropriate sub-contractor while practicing adequate due diligence.
6. Taking part in bidding process for Interior fit-out projects and managing the commercial side of the project including all work packages.
7. Coordinate between Design team and finance for Cash Flow projections to update the management.
8. Prepare Design Fee Proposals in coordination with Design team and management.
9. Maintaining Job Cost Reports for Turnkey fit-out projects
Job requirements
1. Candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering/Architecture with minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably in the GCC
2. Candidate should have knowledge of FIDIC conditions of Contract, Cost Budgeting, Cost Control
3. Candidate should have operational knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Plan Swift.
